Situation: I have given my cell phone to repair. The shop owner was rude and did not deliver as per time line. When I asked, he was telling different reasons. When I reached to collect it, he kept me waiting for a long time, after questioning, he started arguing and told me hard words. On a hitter argument, I have told, I am from Police, let's go to the police. Later he delivered the cell phone.\n\nAfter one day: He has given FIR a cooked story and booked me under IPC 1860-294, IPC 1860-419, IPC 1860-420, and IPC 1860-506. Police called me, When I reached the police station, they arrest me, without listening to my side, and sent me to court. He has a good setting at Police station and magistrate. IO called Magistrate and told him not to grant my bail. I have been sent to jail. After 3 days of my arrest, My family and the complaint mutually agreed to resolve the issue and submitted an affidavit to the court and I got bail. Can I apply at loka adalat for the mentioned IPC section?

A.Dear Sir,

You cannot go anywhere because everything happened legally since your parents mutually agreed and case was withdrawn by the shop keeper.
