Reseller Rights

I am cheated by a wholeseller from Surat who has collected COD amount feom Customer but haven't paid me my profit margin. He has accepted that he ow me money on watsapp but till date he hasn't. He said that He will adjust with future product delivery but hasn't delivered any other product. As a reseller what is my right or options to get my money back of around Rs 2000.
