Non Payment of Gratuity & Pension Non Payment of Gratuity & Pension

I have retired from service from 1.6.2022 after 34 years & 6 months of continuous service and eligible for a Gratuity for Rs. 653210.00. There is a Gratuity Fund which makes Gratuity Payment of the employees in place of Company. The Gratuity Fund has not yet made payment to me. Now if I complain in Gratuity Form No. 'N' for gratuity to whom should I address in the "Between and ----" portion (to The Employer or The Gratuity Fund) ?

Secondly, we get Pension after retirement from a Superannuation Fund linked with LIC. This is a separate Body comprises of one Director and three Employees of the Company as Trustees. Company has informed the Superannuation Fund about my retirement and the Superannuation Fund supplied me forms for applying for Pension. I submitted the form to Superannuation Fund under receipt. Now, can the Superannuation Fund stop my Pension if my Employer request the Superannuation Fund to do so ? If Superannuation Fund stop my Pension where I am to complain?

A.Dear Sir,
It is premature to lodge complaint since you retired in the last month only. Wait for some more time and then take a decision.
