I was fraudently involved by my 2 seniors in banking fraud to benifit 2 customer now the case is in cbi court dehradun they accepted there crime in front of bank and cbi but cbi still involve me just to make the case strong for the sake of bank to get 2 (terminated)officials punished hard . I still working in a same bank and promoted also please help me to get out of this case.

A.Dear client sorry to hear that. In a situation like this, you can present an evidence of non involvement in the case. You can talk to a lawyer and ask them to frame your submission that speaks for your innocence.
