Guardian can sell land by minor guardian

Hi sir
my father sells 1-acre land for my father personal problems, like drinking and playing cards ... land owned buy my grandfather.
my father show in sale deed he sells the property because of children education..

my brother and I studied govt school.. there is no fee .. its free education
can i file the case in the court plz suggest me sir

he sold 2007
i file the case in 2014
a buyer does not come to court

i got ex-party from a court
court give 1/3 share
the buyer come now 2018 file case against me

my age is 25 now
my father business man owns a factory, politician
