Hi sir
my father sells 1-acre land for my father personal problems, like drinking and playing cards ... land owned buy my grandfather.
my father show in sale deed he sells the property because of children education..
my brother and I studied govt school.. there is no fee .. its free education
can i file the case in the court plz suggest me sir

A.Dear Client, you can issue a application to SDO office of your block, also to the Registration office, and then partition to court, for stay of such sale of land,
