I filled ITR 2 in xlsm and tried to convert it into .json file. It is saying saved in folder wherein xlsm file exists whereas nothing gets saved there. .json is not saving in my system. I tried online tools to convert. File converts but that version has error message when uploading in IT portal. The error is "caught error message as null". Why is this happening? How to convert xlsm to json?

A.Dear Sir,
sometimes due to server problem of IT department such conversion may not happen . you may wait for few days or try to submit your ITR 2 from any other computer system.

A.Dear Client
This is not a legal issue and rather a technical issue for which you should raise a concern with the helpline of Income Tax Department. They should be able to help you out on this.
