Legal action against psychiatrist Legal action against psychiatrist

I have been undergoing domestic violence and a psychiatrist is involved. I recently came to know that I was given harmful chemicals in food. These are very harmful drugs prescribed by this psychiatrist. I have never consulted this psychiatrist and he has never seen me. Without ever examining me he has written prescriptions for me since 2.5 years. And because of his prescriptions only the people who are doing domestic violence were able to get the harmful drugs from pharmacy. The drugs were given to me since 2.5 years mixed in food without my knowledge. The psychiatrist kept increasing doses and adding more drugs without ever examining and observing me. I have developed serious incurable auto immune disorders as side effects. My body has been spoiled mentally and physically because of these drugs. What legal action can I take against this psychiatrist for writing poisonous prescriptions without ever seeing me and giving me drugs without my knowledge ?

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
If you have such prescriptions and evidence then you can immediately go to any nearest police station and file a complaint not only against such psychiatrist but also against your family members who have purchased such drugs and mixed with your food. It is a serious offence and they may be immediately arrested if you are in good books of the police.

Sir, thanks for your advice. I have complained to SSP of my city regarding this. He asked SHO to investigate. But the sub inspector who was given charge for investigation is not doing anything. I requested them to catch this psychiatrist red-handed by taking me infront of him then he will not recognise me as he has never seen me. But this sub inspector just called the psychiatrist over phone and gave him all my details and this psychiatrist lied bluntly. The sub inspector wrote back to SSP that psychiatrist is saying that "complainant is mentally ill, she is my patient, she herself came to me for treatment, I myself have given her these medicines and till date she has never told me about the side effects. So my patient is putting false allegations on me. The sub inspector further wrote that complainants allegations could thus not be confirmed and he thinks no police action is further required.
Sir, I wish to know what kind of police investigation is this where you just ask accused over phone ? Will any accuse accept over phone that he has done crime ? This sub inspector has beaten my family members for this crime but wanted to close the matter with respect to psychiatrist. This psychiatrist has not only damaged all my body organs but has also labelled me of having serious mental illness and me being of unsound mind without ever seeing me in his life. What legal action can I take against him now ?
