Hai Sir,
Sir I purchased a land of 111.11 sq.ads, in a venture with grampanchyat layout permission, and they cultivateing sandalwood and malbar neem for that I gave lease my land for 10 years, for that they offering 70 percent income on plantation, if not aggre, they given a 14 lakes rupees for lease period,the land was registration on my name and land documents are in my hand,
And my question is if they abscaned which type of help can I get through leagel, they assured to give the amount write on a 100 rupees bond

A.Get your leased deed registered. According to the Registration Act, 1908, the registration of a lease agreement is mandatory if the leasing period is more than 12 months. If an agreement is registered, stamp duty and registration fee needs to be paid for it. For the execution of any lease agreement, stamp duty needs to be paid in the manner prescribed under the relevant stamp laws of the State in India where the property is situated.
