A.Dear client you can apply into land record office and tehsil office.if they didn't give you record then you can file civil suit.

A.No chance to get 60 years old paper as when patwari or tehsildar register the name of owner of property or who has purchased it they check the documents , after that it is not necessary to retain those documents. Name in the register of tehsil is itself a proof of ownership.

A.Dear Client,
You can apply for certified copy of the same if available. Otherwise you can apply for 10/1 adungal if it is an agricultural land. Pattadar pass book will show the possessory right over land by the owner of the land. You can rely upon the adjucent land owners documents by showing your boundary. If all the above are not possible you can file a civil suit for declaration of land.
