You have a number of legal remedies available to get rid of this kind of critical situation. You can file a case of bigamy u/s 494 of IPC, if your husband has married to that other lady. Meanwhile, you can file a petition u/s 125 of CrPC, if he is not even giving you the maintenance. You can file a case of domestic violence as per the provisions of PWDV Act. You can file a case u/s 9 of the HMA for the restitution of conjugal rights, if you want to live with him. On the other hand, you can also file a divorce petition u/s 13 (1) (i) of the HMA, if you don't want to live with him.
