Sir, I am from AP. Yesterday I posted my matter , to continues that , actually FIR filed on 22.08.2018
after police enquired public regarding the galata. But They delaying to prepare charge sheet .bcz the police people took bribe money from my husband and started doing drama. They are telling ,If when I will sign on papers, to remove the 3 names, they only they will prepare charge sheet. From marriage (06.02.2014) onwards I struggled so much with my husband , mother-in-law, mother-in-law's brother's family. Till now my husband not given a single rupee to me and my kids.Even he was not seen my daughter face till now. He was a software engineer getting one lakh above salary.he gave bribe to police , so they neglecting my case. I am a govt employee. Bcz of that only he married me to get monthly salary. In addition that, his condition s are I never go to parents house in my life and I should live like a slave to him. I have my self respect, eventhough I adjusted so much. But he planned to leave me and my kids . His main aim was myself I have to leave him , to made me like that he came my mother's house and did galata.
He should be punishable.plz advice me. suggest me how to proceed further , to made charge sheet as early as possible by the police.thank you.

A.Dear Client,
First Step,Write to the S.P. of the district concerned.If possible meet him /her.
While sending the Application try to send it by SPEED POST, keep the Receipt and Consignment number and take a Print out of the delivery report which you might use later.
File a Complaint Case as soon as you can.

A.It is the discretion of the police to decide about filling of charge sheet.But the police cannot keep investigation pending to help the accused. U can approach high court in a writ petition for speedy investigation. Surely high court will pass appropriate orders to ensure that justice is done.if high court does not grant appropriate orders as u desire, u can approach supreme court also.
