A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, you can file a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission or the State Police Complaint Authority, which are independent bodies empowered to investigate complaints against police officials who are involved in the harassment of any person on either pretext with ulterior motives or involved in unlawful activities before knocking the door of the Court. Hope it will work.

If the girl is still wishes to be with you then you need to file a writ petition of habeas corpus in the High Court and get the girl back to you as per the order of the hon'ble high court.
The same police who is troubling you will get the girl back to you.

A.Dear Client,
The Police do not have any authority to interfere or relinquish the marriage of two consenting individuals who have attained majority. In case of false allegations and misuse of power by the police, you can file a complaint to the Commissioner and higher authorities about the same. If required, you can consult an advocate for advice and assistance in the matter.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
