ICC of organization found accused guilty and impose punishment on him. Both complainer and accused aggred on the decision at that time ...can complainer go to police after some time?

Under the constitution any person at any time appraoch for adjudicating their rights, when aggrived by the ICC judgement or when the punishment imposed is baised or not commensurate with the quantum of punishment.
