can a B2B fintech or payment business take charges from there merchants to use our services such as recharges, PAN agency, travel portal etc. and do we need to do an agreement for the same ?

A.Dear Client!

Fintech Company can charge their merchants for providing the services. Yes you need to have an agreement with Fintech for providing your services. That will protect both you and Fintech company to claim rights and also obligations of both the parties will be clearly defined.
