Dispute in cab fare and payment made twice, verbally abused Dispute in cab fare and payment made twice, verbally abused

Hi Team, have travelled in a cab and have made the payment twice due to UPI issue. When I asked the driver to return the amount he sent the amount partially saying he doesn't have remaining amount. When I followed up for the money, he has verbally abused me and I have the phone recording. How can I proceed to get my amount back and take an action on the cab driver for verbal abuse.

A.Dear Client!

Lodge a Complaint before the Local Police Station or the RTO Office for the double payment made to the Cab Driver.
They will call the driver and ensure that your money is refunded back to you by the driver and also they will ensure that there driver apologize for his misconduct.
