A.Dear Client,
The term "Delay" inherently indicates a deficiency on the part of the defaulter. In the case of a complaint against Flipkart for service deficiencies and unfair trade practices, seeking a refund and compensation for inconvenience, the complaint should be filed online through the e-daakhil portal, as mandated by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules of 2021. This portal, established by the Consumers Affairs Department, Government of India, facilitates the filing of complaints related to e-commerce transactions. Complaints must be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action. If Flipkart has a physical presence, such as a franchise, branch office, or warehouse in your district, an offline complaint can be lodged with the District Consumer Commission, where the case can be handled in person with the assistance of legal representation.

A.Dear Client,
The word Delay itself is a deficiency on the part of a defaulter. Since Flipkart operates its business on an E-commerce platform, the complaint over a deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming a refund of money and compensation for harassment required to be filed online mode through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) introduced by the Consumers Affairs Deptt, GOI following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Complaint under the Act is required to be filed within two years from the date of cause of action. If the online shopping company(Flipkart) kept any franchisee/branch office/godown in your district, then you can file an offline complaint before the Dist. Consumer Commission to handle the case physically through an Advocate.
