Dear sir ,
If I want my child custody to me . My child age is below 5 year so how I'll be take solo custody of my child if any way because law is saying if child is below 5 year taken care by her/his Mother
If mother was working in that case can we fight and she's not able to teart properly and emotional and physical support to the child

A.Dear Client!

The burden to prove that the child is not being treated and cared properly will be upon you.

If you can show the evidence like the child medical report or any witness who can testify that the child care us not taken properly by your wife then only you can succeed to seek custody of the child. Further, if the child is a boy than you have chance to seek custody
