Divorce

I married in June 2016, since then my marriage life is not on the steady path. My wife went to her parent for exams and stayed there for 2-3 months after exam. After much of request she came back, however she again stayed back when he went for exam next time. This happened 3-4 times. Even she filed a complaint against me in Bharosa Cell in Nagpur however after successful intermediation at Bharosa cell she came back to me, subsequently that case was closed on account of positive feedback from her to authorities. Now, she has again went for medical treatment for pregnancy to her parents home and staying there only. I wants to get separated from her through mutual divorce . At first she was ready for mutual divorce, now she dont want divorce and may come back to stay back with me. But I dont want to continue this relationship and divorce her. She has threaten me of filing complaint in police station and destroying my career if I insist on divorce. Want some legal opinion to what to do next.
