Salary not paid

Until first week of August 2018 I was working for an organisation.I was paid salaries for the month of January April and May this year but didn't get salary for the month of February March June and July .How can I recover this due salaries of 4 months?As a proof I have my bank statement bearing the names of the months for which salary was paid and also I have the salary slips for those 4 months as a proof of my employment for those 4 months please give guidance

A.Dear Client First u write to that company to pay your salary and if they do not respond then serve a Legal notice through Advocate and even then if the matter is not solved then file a civil suit to recover your salary with interest and legal expenditure. They will have to pay all your remaining salary with interest and also your Lawyers fee.

A.You are entitled to salary under the payment of wages Act 1936, better to issue legal notice through a professional Labour & Employment and Service Matter Lawyer from the panel quickly to protect your interest & salary & benefits under the act.
