There are 7 caretaker of our ancestral property as per testament nobody have ownership.
But somebody wrote a waqf deed with a caretaker in 1995 and he till not registered my property at Waqf board , Please tell me what will I do.
A.Dear Sir,
U may get back your property by way of physical possession and wakf board can't claim any ownership since it was not given by all the 7 caretakers.

A.Dear Client
As per the prevailing laws once a property is given to waqf then it remains the waqf property forever and there is nothing that one can do about it. You need to challenge the transfer of the property to the waqf board.
