Regarding after death benefits

Sir! I want to know about who will get after death or retirement benefits of a state government employee. If he had married second time after divorce.

A.Dear Client,
After the Divorce, the second wife is the legal wife for all official purposes and all the terms and conditions of Alimony/ settlement must have been speltout clearly.Regarding the Pension benefits that must have been recorded in the Service Book presumably, the Service Book thing must have been taken care by the second wife .
So, there is nothing to worry about.

A.Dear client if employee married second time then he must nominates his second wife in service book.retirement benefits will be credited to her after death of employee.

Thank you sir, he nominated her but the issue is that he had panchayiti divorce. He had one son from first marriage. He is also claiming for the benefits, in this case Wht will be a final???

Yes he is legal heirs and he have right to ask. Better way to share father property between both mothers.

A.Dear client tell me what is the condition in divorce decree ?
2 Dear client after divorce govt employe must re marry with the permission of department under rule 22 conduct rules and her name should be emtered in service book and she must be nominated.
