delayed salaries
The company I worked with stopped paying us after October's salary. Every time we asked about the salary, the manager gave a date. On that date, the manager made some excuses and gave another date. Tired of this, I resigned in January. After that, the company (founder and the manager) needs to clarify the payment of due salaries. Please help me understand how to approach this matter.
Background: I worked in this company for six months as a full-time employee and two months as a consultant. Other employees who resigned have also yet to receive their salaries.
A.Dear Client
You need to send them a legal notice to recover your due salary and you need to get in touch with a lawyer for sending the legal notice.
