We are Hindu and got married traditionally. We never registered our marriage. Its been 3 years now. Can we take divorce legally just by publicly announcing about it on social media / newspaper?
A.Dear Client,
You need to take a legal divorce but as registration certificate is not necessary. Hope this helps.
