We got anticipatory bail for 3 persons in which one name is misspelled . What to do ?

A.dear client kindly Ask your advocate to file advancement petition and get the name corrected in the same court.

Please ask your Advocate to file an Advance Petition immediately for correction of name and also other Address particulars with clear cut writing that bail has been granted but the name has been misspelt as a result of which it has got stuck.It will be cleared immediately provided there is no holiday in between.

A.Dear sir, file an application through your advocate mentioning the date of order and facts along with your Identity card wherein right name is mentioned..Any how for details, contactsme familylawyer likeme through vidhikarya.com
