Sir we ware living in a house from 2006,
and since then till 2018
3/4 times it required some work and in house and we paid full or half the amount for all the work,
And
4 years back our landlord increased the rent 30% with a promise that he will install a new water tank for tenants personal use separate use, apart from our agreement which was 5% each year and he also didn't made any new agreement!
we have paid around 1700 extra each month from last 56 month and till date he didn't kept his promise,
last month he said I will not install water tank when asked, he totally said no and after few days he the landlord convince us to evict the house!

Sir it will be really helpful if you can guide us in this situation what should we do ?

Can we get the amount that we paid extra which was around 1lakh?.
