Sir ,i was selected for higher post in my company. As i had not submitted latest NCL my office told me to submit within a month.i was issued obc ncl on my husbands income by SDM since i was married .My parents income was not considered as my name reflected in ration card of my husband.
After submission i was appointed to higher post.Now after 11 years some one had raised ckmplaint hence the matter was referred to Divisional committee Now thry r telling that since NCL is issued on husbands income it is not valid.My parents ten years before had inckme very less than prescribed ljmits and hence i was eljgible for NCL on parents income
Sir what to do as my job is at stake

It is indeed a mistake as OBC NCL certificate cannot be issued on the basis of the husband and only can be issued on the basis of the parents. Since back dated certificate cannot be issued hence you don't have any remedy.
You should ask for the department to guide you on what exactly will fulfill their requirement and basis that you can provide the document.
