Marriage 5 yrs ago. Two girl children(3yrs and 1yr). Loveable boy. Even for normal husband-wife controversy, girl always threatens him to suicide. Same way, she threatened to hang, unfortunately she was unable to get rid of the rope and died. Girl's parents charged the boy in dowry case. What will be the boy's defence to overcome the case.

2 Who r the accused in police Case ?
3. What is the post post-mortem Report ?
4 was any complaint of dowry or any other kind was lodged before incident ?
5 Bail has been granted to accused or he is in Jail ?
6. Is there any eye witness in the case ?
7 R there any letters written by wife to her parents in which she has blamed for Dowry asking ?
