this is case of illegal selection of a post in govt. depatment, i.e
to fill up a vacant of housekeeper processs start
1. vacancy was advertised for housekeeper post
2. accordingly notice/ circular was issued for housekeeper post
3. requisite qualification was
a, graduation,
b.diploma in hotel management
c. 7 years experince in hotel or guest house etc.
after advertisement
1. department candidates applied for housekeeper post
2. office also conducted interview for the advertised post i.e Housekeeper
3. after interview a Pannel was made for selection of the Housekeeper
but after making all process
its is very surprisingly the post of Housekeeper was not filled up
enen from the Pannel of Housekeeper
in place of one post office made selection of two non exsistent post i.e junior executive post
myself possess a post graduate diploma in housekeeping management
was the most suitable candidate for housekeeper post
but unfortunately
from pannel of housekeeper post of housekeeper was not selected
and in place of one post two diffent post filled up from housekeeper pannel,
due this
illegal selection of junior executive office
for jeo post
no circular was issued
no candidate applied
no interview was conducted
then how the selection was made by the office
due to this illegal selection
I, am the affected person
this matter moved to court
now I, want the compansatly relief and my seniroity and benefited retropective may be restore
please
sir advice my for this case its a matter of my 15 years my seniority in service and financialy benefity since 2004
please advice me for this case,

Sine the matter is already in the court of law it will not be proper to say something which will have an impact on judiciary.Better to talk to your Advocate. This can be taken up either in the State Administrative Tribunal or in High Court.

If it is a government company you have to resolve your issue by filing writ petition before High Court or else approach Labor Commissioner.
