How to make power of attorney for court cases in India for NRI

A.Dear Sir,
Get Power of Attorney as per the procedure of that country or get signed an vakalath of NRI and attested by Indian Consulate of India who is representing in that Country.

A.You need to send a Power of attorney either in email or a hard copy to the person who lives abroad. If you send it by mail they should print it. They should sign it and get it attested by the Indian Embassy or by a Notary. Once that is done, they should send it to he power agent in India. The power agent in India, should take that cover (Courier or postal), sign an affidavit and get the Power of Attorney adjudicated upon immediately.
