Getting reserve salary

I am a teacher. At joining time I signed a bond for 1 year with no stamps on that papers. Because of the new principal's behaviour, verbally and mentally harassment many teachers left the job.but they were given their one month reserved salary as it is said they resigned their own. Same happened with me.My two kids were getting 25% concession in fee but now I am asked to pay full fee and I didn't get my reserve salary and the salary for the day I completed in that month. Please suggest what to do I need that money
