A.Dear Client.

For correction or revision in a registered Deed, a Deed of Revocation is to be made and registered and then a fresh Deed of Gift making revision/correction is required to be registered before the same RA where the earlier Deed was registered and revoked thereafter. Where a document involves the transfer of title of the property, any correction requires in an earlier document follows the above procedure to make the document an authentic piece of evidence and legally enforceable. Accordingly, you need to take the steps accordingly. For further clarification or assistance, you may contact our legal team with all your papers.

A.Dear Sir,
The rectification deed cannot be made in other state. You may try to get your grandfather to the same Sub-Registrar office where first Gift Deed was registered.
