Related to divorce

Sir,
One by female friend married to her relative in 2014 in registered buraue.later girl stayed at her home and later in Pune and completed her education this November within this she fell In love with one boy. As marriage was not taken place in front of society girls cleared with the her husband that we should take divorce because I am in love with other guy and cannot forget him knowing this her husband with the help of girl's parents forced the girl to marry him again in front of socity claiming that u will loose it respect in society I have spent money on girl who will return those due to the previous marriage documents and woorying about the parents situation in society girl again married him in December against her mind. Now can she file for divorce and waht can be the strong reason..as she doesn't have support from her parents also.

A.Dear Madam,
This is a repetition of the earlier question which has already been answered.
To make it simple divorce with mutual consent can be cleared within 6 months.

A.Yes ,provided the girl is ready for consent on sepetation by mutual consent or divorce,the court may pass order within six months,better to consult a professional family matter lawyer from the panel on all aspects of the issue quickly.

A.If girl are ready to divorce. Then it is better option for u . U should file divorce by mutual consent. U will get divorce in just six months
