Time Period - Right to sue LRs

In the event of death of defendant, Limitation period of 90 days is permitted for filing application for making LR's a party. However, understand court may allow further time for making LR's a party. What is the maximum period that can be permitted by court.
A.It is better that you agree for that otherwise the HIGH court will allow by imposing some costs

A.Any delay beyound the period of limitation is the paragatory of the court to condone the delay,you can take assistance from the panel lawyer.
