regarding marksheet and certificate

I am serving in Indian Army and persued BCA from distance course, and got only 4 semestars marksheet. Rest of my marksheet and certificate didnt give by the center through which I applied.

A.Dear Client,
On non-availability of rest mark sheet and/or degree Certificate from the authorized study center, you need to apply to the Course Coordinator of the affiliating University or Authority that runs distance courses through their authorized study center. you can also make an application or file an online grievance to the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India informing the irregularities of the concerned university that affecting your career.

You may get issue a legal notice and also threaten them to approach concerned Consumer Court. Alternatively, you may send a requisition letter to the concerned university addressed to the Registrar Academic to get remaining marks cards.
