Son lodged a police report against father for cheating him stating that my father cheated me by executing a gift deed inmy favour in respect of agricultural land of 2.00 acres in 2008 under compromise , knowingly that he had already sold out 0.20 guntas land to third parties in 1997. Criminal case registered in the year 2018 against father by his son . How to defend. By the time execting the gift deed he had got that old sale and executed 2.00 acres land .

An application can be made under section 482 of CrPC for quashing the frivolous FIR against you. Please consult a good lawyer
