Divorce Notice - I want to get marry with one

I want to get marry with one who recently applied for divorce it has been almost 1and half years but the proceedings are still pending. My family members are forcing me to marry some one else and am not intrested. I and my partner was informed that our proceedings are almost done and only notice is awaiting. But it's already more than 6month we have been informed so.
I dont know whether the notice will come or not
If so means when...
I am also doubt that whether it has been cancelled or what.
The advocate is also not responding to me.
I want to get marry also as my marriage age is passing by. Now am confused feared that what to do..how much more time it will take for notice to come. Or shall I marry without registering what to do?? Sir

Divorce cases take a long time sometimes to be solved in Court. There are plenty of formalities, court procedures etc. You have no option but to wait till the case is disposed off and the divorce is granted
It is not so easy to get divorce. Even divorce is granted by the first Court the other party may go in appeal to the High Court.
