Husband is forcing me to give divorce

what legal action i can take in case my husband is forcing me to give divorce? He is US citizen. we got married 7 months back. We had a small fight. Now my in-laws and my husband is asking me to give mutual divorce saying i and him may face issue in our marriage life . and we are not made for each other. What I understand is that my mother in-law has brain washed my husband now he is not even ready to meet me or talk to me.

No one can force a person to seek divorce against his/her own will. In this case I assume you are in India as you have not mentioned where you preaently reside and where your marriage took place.
You can file the complaint against your husband and in laws for harassment and domestic violence.

I stay in mumbai and got married in gujarat. I do not have any proof of harassment. still can I get justice?
