Hi, I gave 10L to a person in Nov'22 for 7 days. Upon non return he gave me a cheque in Jan'23 (without date) and we didnt gave to bank because of personal relationship. Last two months he has stopped responding.
We than put a date and deposited cheque in bank wher it got returned with message "Account Blocked".
I am very afraid. Kindly guide me for Civil & Criminal case. Want to go for (Section 405 IPC, Section 420, & Section 138). Want to send him to Jail and recover money.

Also, how much time can it take for the same
