NBW and Anticipatory Bail (AB)
NBW has been issued against the accused, FIR also lodged.
AB rejected by sessions, moving to High Court now.
Question is once we file the AB in High, so during the proceedings (hearings) for this AB, what is the legal status of the accused, is police still looking to arrest the person; or they will wait for the result of AB by High Court.

A.police will apprehend him during the pendency of AB application unless otherwise HC grants AB. Mere filing or pendency of AB application does not mean AB has been granted.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally the accused must be absconding that is he should not reach to the hands of police till AB application is disposed of High Court.
