I work in a Central University and my gross salary for current year is 14 L. My parents are no more. Will my income be considered for issuing the certificate or it's the parental income?
A.Dear Client,
In the absence of parents, your income would be considered for eligibility for the issue of an OBC Certificate that requires your gross annual income including income from other sources below Rs.8 lakhs for the preceding 3 years for NCL Category and above the said limit of income for the Creamy layer category. apart from other criteria of eligibility.
