Hello the great advocates,

M name is Raju, I am from Hanamkonda (old district Warangal) Telangana.

I would like to tell a problem that I have with my father Land. Please guide me, how do I get justice.

Party A:
---------------
Name: Bollam Sammaiah
S/o Chennaiah
resident of Hanamkonda
Wife: Annapurna
Elder son: Age: 36 (now).
Daughter: Age: 34
Younger Son: Saikumar (31).

Party B:
------------
Name: Bollam Swamy
S/o Chennaiah
First Wife: Manjula (passed away due to health issue)
Elder son: Shravan
Age: 30
Daughter: Ravali
Age: 28
Second Wife: Latha
Younger son: Rajkumar.

My Father Bollam Sammaiah (Party A) who has 3 siblings Swamy, Kumar and Ilaiah left over a remote places of Warangal and came to Warangal to settle down by doing some labour work to fullfill their family needs. During that time my father was elder and look after the family.

My grandfather who was father of my dad and his 3 siblings has done nothing to grew up them, so they have to work themselves and my father took their responibilities to feed them.

After several years, my father got married in year 1984 and wanted to start his own life and purchased a land in the year 1989 on his own. The land was registered on his name till date since 1989.

He has constructed a rcc building in 100 sqyds and pucca house with 2 rooms in the other 200 sqyds.

To get this brothers married and settle down in next few years he offerred shelter for all this 3 brother and my grand parents in the 2 pucca rooms in 100 sqyrds land.

as the days are gone, by paternal parents (babais/chichas) got married and one has got settled in other town and left the place.

When we grown up, my father has asked them to vacate the place and settle down somehere else, they have requested my father to allow for another 10 years. My father has accepted and got that documented on a 10rs stamp paper and got notary by one authorized notary agent (lawer).

then the days passed on the 10 years have gone, my fathers refused to leave the place and started quarreling my fathers and denying to leave the land and conveyed that this land is theirs.

in 2016, they have made some false documents and obtained a ownership certifiicate in muncipality, party B has done a gift registration of 50 sq yards to his son and another 50 sqyards to his other sibling.

We have got to know this 2 years later and while we are fighting to cancel that registraition, they asked us to approch the muncipality to cancel the house number, they asked to check in court and come back. Mean while my father has passed away in an accident. Coudl you guide me how would I get this land back. They are still staying in that dilapidated rooms.

Please guide me.
