Hello
me n my friend were driving one of my friends new bike
so while we were driving suddenly we crashed into a 50yr old uncle n we both have LL N DL
he fell from bike n got hurt immediately near by hospital which was 50mts away we ahve taken the person n admitted him n d hospital people has called a traffic cop he came n spoke n took detials n d uncle told he wont file any case n we were readyf ro after insureance n all medical expenses n outside settlement if required but he told no i dont need n wont file any FIR we told him after hospital n alll pls keep updating us n we gave out aadhar copy for proof n left off
he didnt call for 2/3days n suddenly calls us n tells call ur parents we need to talk but we were telling we r majord speak to us n all
he is calling everyday n toturing n kind of blackmailing us if u dotn call we will file complaint n all
in this situttion wat can be done
PLS HELP ME OUT

A.Dear client,
Approach the concerned police station and file a FIR under Indian penal code stating the above mentioned facts for assaulting, cheating, blackmailing and sec. 354 of IPC.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to approach him personally and settle the matter otherwise he may lodge complaint and claim huge compensation by creating false records.
