Physical relationship with fake identity

I am married. I have in contact of one person through Instagram. In Insta his name is XYZ. I have shared my mobile number through Instagram. In talk between us He said that his Name is XYZ and I am residing at HIJ area of Surat, Native savarkundla of Amreli District. We had gone to hotel 4 times in city of Surat. After that I came into know that his real Name is ABC and he is residing at EFG area of Surat, his real native is different. He was lying all the things. What legal action can be taken against him?
