A.Dear Client,

DNA evidence is highly regarded for its accuracy and is considered one of the most reliable forms of evidence in court. Studies have demonstrated its accuracy at around 99%, making it a powerful tool in legal proceedings. The admissibility of DNA reports is recognized under Section 45 of the Evidence Act, 1872, which acknowledges certain facts as more precise and scientific, and thus admissible as expert evidence.

Just like fingerprints, every individual's DNA is unique, and the chances of two people having the exact same DNA profile are extremely low. Mistakes in DNA testing are rare and typically occur due to human error. A legal DNA test involves the admissibility of the test report in the legal system, and this is typically achieved through corroborative evidence from experts who conducted the tests.

The introduction of DNA evidence in a legal case can significantly impact its outcome, providing crucial information about relationships, identities, and other aspects relevant to the case. Courts often consider DNA evidence to be highly reliable and persuasive, reinforcing its importance in the justice system.

A.Dear Sir,
It depends upon various factors. Further, the reports of both the experts will have to be get marked before the Court and they must be summoned either in person or through video call for cross examination to complete the process. Thus, the Trial Court decide which evidence is to be relied upon depending upon the experience and explanations given by both the experts which are convincible to the Court.
