A.Dear Client,
Bring the scam to the notice of the concerned Bank, Police Station and Cyber Crime Cell and cooperate with the investigating team to access the appropriate relief in the matter. A separate petition is not required for the same cause of action. The Complaint is investigated collectively and based on the IR of the Cyber agencies the criminal case is tried summerly before the Court.

A.Dear Client,
If you haven't already, file a complaint with the appropriate law enforcement agency. They might investigate the case and potentially work towards recovering the funds.

Contact Your Bank: If you made the payment through a bank transfer, credit card, or other financial institution, contact them immediately. Some financial institutions have fraud protection policies and might be able to help you recover some or all of the lost funds.

Legal Action: You might consider taking legal action against the scammer to recover your lost funds. However, locating and prosecuting scammers can be challenging, especially if they operate internationally.

Civil Lawsuit: In some cases, you might be able to file a civil lawsuit against the scammer. If you're able to identify them and if they have assets that can be seized, you might have a chance to recover some of your losses through a court judgment.

Class Action Lawsuit: If the scam affected many people, there might be a possibility of pursuing a class action lawsuit. This involves a group of people collectively seeking compensation.

Recovery Agencies: There are private recovery agencies that specialize in helping victims of scams recover their funds. Be cautious when dealing with such agencies, and research their legitimacy before engaging their services.

Keep Evidence: Maintain any communication, documents, or evidence related to the scam. This could be useful if you decide to pursue legal action.
