False representation and unfair trade practice

bought a food product which states on its packaging 'The Safest product of India ' and I saw a hair strand inside the sealed packet . I contacted them and they replaced it. But I am mentally stressed as they clearly states on packet 'The Safest product of India' . Can I file a case upon them to remove such lines from their packaging ? Or it will be better to send a legal notice to them for stop using these eye catching lines from their product packaging ?
