Bajaj finance closed my loan and provided NOC but re-open the account Bajaj finance closed my loan and provided NOC but re-open the account

Bajaj gave me flexi loan, after 7 days I realized they decieved me to get in to this loan on false information. I asked them to close my loan, they said after 6 month they will reduced my loan amount and then I can close with minimum changes. after 6 months I asked them to reduced my loan amount so they open a new account with lower amount and I got my previous account closed and received NOC as well from them.
I went ahead and requested cancellation of new loan as per the new loan policy so they close my new loan but re-opened preious loan for which I already have NOC and no-dues certificate.
Now they are not even agreeing to reduce loan amount which will lead me to pay around 180K if i foreclose the loan.
There is lot of pain dealing with Bajaj finance people and they never communicate over email and dont provide any documentation.
What can be done for this case? I feel these people cheated, collected person documents over whats app, re-opened my foreclosed account with informing me.
Thanks

Anik

A.Dear Client,
You can try to connect with the officers at Bajaj Finance and solve the matter amicably. In case of inaction, you can send a legal notice to Bajaj Finance. Further, you can also consider filing a consumer complaint before the District Consumer Commission for deficiency in services and unfair trade practices and seek compensation for the damages. If required, you can consult an advocate for advice and assistance.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to Bajaj Finance, file a complaint against them before the Dist. Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming compensation for harassment and other reliefs as deemed fit and proper based on the merit in the claim. Complaints should be filed within two years from the date of cause of action. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
