Harassment by people
There is a colony park adjacent to my house. My house’s left & back side boundary is touched with the colony park. My house’s size is 2100 sq ft & the park’s size is 5450 sq ft.
In the morning between 6.00 to 7.30 AM, some people including my neighbors whistle & shout slogans in high voice in the park near my house’s wall, which creates disturbance to my family (I have a small child and elderly parents).
I have requested them not to do so, but they are adamant and try to threaten me that they are from RSS and they will continue to whistle and shout slogans because it is colony park & they have a right to do so.
Please advise me on how I can legally take action against them.
A.Dear client,
You can file a complaint at the local police station. You can also file a case against them for threatening you and as well for disturbing you.

A.Dear Client
There is something called civic sense and we all have to employ that while staying in society. Since the house is adjacent to the public park hence there will be noise but others need to be a bit sensitive about the elderly and children.
I would suggest that you gently request them to bring down the noise and nuisance and if they do not then you are left with no choice but to complaint either to the police or the local municipality for the same.
