A.Dear Client,
If you have already completed the sale of your agriculture land, and the registration has been done, it typically signifies that the ownership has been legally transferred to the buyer. Canceling a registration after it's completed can be a complex and challenging process, and it generally requires legal intervention.

Here are some steps you may consider if you believe the buyer is not fulfilling their obligations:

Consult a Lawyer: It's essential to consult with a qualified lawyer who specializes in property and real estate matters. They can assess the specific details of your situation and provide guidance on the best course of action.

Review the Sale Agreement: Examine the sale agreement you had with the buyer to understand the terms and conditions, including the timeline for payment and any dispute resolution mechanisms mentioned in the agreement.

Mediation or Arbitration: If there is a dispute between you and the buyer, you may explore mediation or arbitration as a way to resolve the issue amicably without going through the court system.

Legal Action: If all else fails, you may need to consider taking legal action against the buyer for non-payment or any other breach of the sale agreement. This can involve filing a civil lawsuit in court to enforce the terms of the agreement.

Local Laws: Be aware of the specific laws and regulations related to property transactions in your area, as they can vary. Your lawyer will guide you on how these laws apply to your situation.
Thank you.
