Street parking in residential colony
My neighbor always fights with us when we park outside his house, leaving ample space for him to park, not blocking his drive way. He has some issues with us and regularly fights with us. Yes he too parks his car outside our house, but we never mind while he never looses a chance even when we park for 10 minutes. It is getting really troublesome now as he has started blocking my car now. Can I file a legal report of harrasmen against him? He seems to have some ips connections and always finds ways to assert his connections on residents for no rightful reasons.
A.Dear Client,
A public road cannot be used for personal purposes. Parking of vehicles on public roads is not allowed other than in a parking space earmarked by the civic authority. You both are standing on the same footing and face the same consequences once either of you litigate the matter before the authority. So, it is better to resolve the matter mutually and amicably for the sake of peaceful co-existence.

A.Dear Client,
Try to resolve the matter among yourself. Firstly if its an apartment try to complaint to the apartment authorities . Harassment per se would not be a valid ground apt to the scenario, You could file a complaint for private nuisance under sec 268 of IPC at your local magistrate although it is advisable not to take legal action as it complicate things, keep it as a last resort.
